   贝斯特365教授、博士生导师,机械传动国家重点实验室固定研究人员,中国通用机械工业协会渐变速专家委员会主任委员、ASME高级会员、中国机械工程学会高级会员,中国振动工程学会转子动力学分会常务理事,国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,20余种国际知名期刊通讯评审专家。近五年作为负责人主持自然科学基金、国家国际合作项目、博士后基金、JG陆航预研项目等纵向项目10余项,企业委托横向项目30余项;作为主研人参与国家973计划项目3项,国家国际合作项目1项。

   近年来,主要研究领域集中在特殊与极端环境下齿轮传动系统设计理论与方法、精密传动与驱动技术、齿轮传动抗疲劳设计与制造技术、高性能机电传动与智能控制等方面,研究对象涉及:大型/超大型风电增速器、高铁牵引齿轮箱、直升机主减、航空发动机附件减速器等高速、精密、重载齿轮传动系统,协助企业解决了大量工程实际问题。

毕业研究生去向

    近五年培养的博士、硕士研究生均就业于长春一汽、上汽、航空航天院所(如606所)等国内大中型企事业单位。其中,50%以上的研究生获得了学校各类型奖学金并获“校优”、“省优”毕业生称号。
